Static work on cross-overs

A few instructions

  • Start from a low basic stance
  • The aim is to remain low and compact
  • Pass the foot in front and behind the supporting leg
  • You realize that your knees are almost static

Travail de renforcement musculaire en flexion

Repetitions

Series of 2x8 to 2x10 sec on one leg: 8 to 10 seconds with the foot in front, 8 to 10 sec with the foot in the back.
