The Maple Skate Team seems to grow every day. Now the news reaches us that also Mathias Vosté is added to the selection of talented skaters that represent the Dutch Skate Manufacturer.
Vosté is currently recuperating from a crack in his knee cap that was caused by a crash earlier this ice skating season.
On the Ice, as on the inline track Mathias Vosté can be seen a one of the biggest talent that Europe has. In his (almost) 20 years Mathias earned a lot of international and national successes. One of the most recent ones was a silver medal on the 500meters inline track, at the World Championships in Oostende.
Maple Skate is very happy with the newest addition. They hope Mathias will recover soon from his injury so he can continue with the successes that he showed last years.
Last negotiations took place during the Maple Training Camp in the Italian San Benedetto del Tronto. Since then it’s a fact:
Maple also recruited Stefan (19) and Philip Due Schmidt (17). The two Danish brothers were born in Copenhagen. They are specialized in long distances with a predilection for point and elimination races, and for marathons. Indeed, Philip got the bronze at the point race at the last European Championships in Geisingen. Stefan took part in 7 European Championships and got 10 medals.
